Refund policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

30-day money-back guarantee

If MacGlint is not right for you, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it and you will get your money back. Our payments are processed by Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for your purchase.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email support@macglint.app from the address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it. You can find it on the receipt that Paddle emailed to you. You can also use the contact options on that receipt.
  2. We confirm your request and ask Paddle to refund the order.
  3. The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to the first payment and also to each renewal payment: you can ask for a refund within 30 days of any payment.

What happens to your license

When an order is refunded, the Pro license is deactivated. MacGlint notices this at its next license check, which happens about once a week while your Mac is online, and then returns to Free mode. Scanning keeps working and your files are not touched.

Annual subscription

An Annual subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the cancel link in your Paddle receipt emails or in Paddle's customer portal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. When it ends, MacGlint returns to Free mode.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live. See also our terms of service and privacy policy.
